Our low friction graphite sealing materials include flexible sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. Manufactured through chemical intercalation and thermal exfoliation of natural graphite flakes, these products form vermicular structures with approximately 0.003g/cm³ density. The binder-free expanded graphite rolls feature:

  • Extreme temperature stability (-200°C to +650°C)
  • Self-lubricating properties (μ=0.05-0.12)
