1.8g/cm³ High-Density Flexible Graphite Sheets

Flexible graphite products include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These materials are manufactured through chemical intercalation of natural flake graphite followed by high-temperature exfoliation, forming vermicular structures with 0.003g/cm³ density. The expanded graphite is calendared into binder-free rolls, then processed to achieve:

  • 1.8g/cm³ controlled density
  • 99%+ purity

  • Radiation resistance
  • Thermal stability (-200°C to +650°C)
  • Compression recovery
  • Self-lubricating properties
  • Gas-tight sealing
