1000°C High-Temperature Graphite Gaskets

Flexible graphite products include sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. These materials are produced by chemically intercalating natural graphite flakes followed by high-temperature exfoliation, forming vermicular structures with ~0.003g/cm³ bulk density. The binder-free expanded graphite is rolled into coils, offering:

  • 99.9% purity
  • Chemical inertness
  • Radiation resistance
  • 1000°C thermal stability
  • Compression recovery
  • Self-lubricating properties
  • Gas-tight sealing

Ideal for extreme temperature applications, these coils can be laminated with metal layers to create composite solutions.
