German Industrial Grade Graphite Gaskets

Our precision-engineered graphite gasket materials include: flexible sheets, foils, papers, tapes, and strips. Manufactured using German-standard processes, these products start with natural flake graphite treated through chemical intercalation and high-temperature exfoliation to form worm-like structures (density: ~0.003g/cm³). The binder-free expanded graphite is then calendared into rolls, offering:

  • 99.5%+ purity
  • DIN EN 13555 certified performance
  • Resistance to chemicals/radiation
  • Service temperature: -200°C to +650°C
  • ISO 9001:2015 compliant production
  • Compression set <15%
  • Gas-tight sealing performance

Ideal for demanding industrial applications, these rolls can be laminated with stainless steel/copper for enhanced mechanical strength.

Industrial Applications:

  1. High-precision packing rings for pumps/valves
  2. Custom die-cut gaskets for flange sealing
  3. Composite plates for heat exchanger applications
  4. High-temperature insulation pads meeting ASME standards
