GRACYFIBER's Ultra-Miniature Wavelength Division Multiplexer (UCWDM) is a revolutionary high-density optical engine designed to break down the physical space barriers within 5G fronthaul and high-speed optical modules (100G~800G). Abandoning the bulky cascaded structure of traditional wavelength division multiplexers, our UCWDM employs a cutting-edge free-space optics architecture, cleverly combining a mini collimator and a reflecting mirror to achieve extreme miniaturization. The product not only fully covers CWDM, LWDM, and DWDM (ITU Grid C21~C60) wavelength standards, but also delivers extremely low insertion loss and industrial-grade wide-temperature reliability while shrinking to an astonishing 20 × 8 × 6.5 mm (4CH module). The maximum insertion loss of the 4CH module is only 1.2 dB (CWDM/LWDM) and 1.5 dB (DWDM). Combined with high isolation of ≥30 dB for adjacent channels and ≥40 dB for non-adjacent channels, it perfectly guarantees the optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) of high-order modulation signals (such as PAM4) and completely eliminates bit errors caused by crosstalk between dense channels.
