Our samples:
We are good at medium and thick 5xxx/6xxx series aluminum plates product, and produced
some samples for display. Most samples are used for automobile and railway transportation fields.
Ocean Shipping
For oversize plate, we use Flat Rack Container for shipping
1) We use suitable securing material, such as wooden blocks, steel straps, and ratchet
tie-downs to firmly fix the aluminum plates to the flat rack.
2) To prevent possible exposure to seawater or rain, we cover the entire cargo with
waterproof tarps.
3) We make sure these sheets are loaded with a low and evenly distributed center of
gravity to avoid tilting during the transportation.
the Features of 5083 Alloy
5083 aluminum alloy is well known for its exceptional performance in the most extreme environments.
The alloy show high resistance to both seawater and industrial chemical environments.
The product offers the highest strength of all the non-heat-treatable alloys, but it should not be used in
the temperatures above 65°C environments.
Good Weldability
With good overall mechanical properties, 5083 aluminium alloy benefits from good weldability and retains
its strength after this process. The material combines excellent ductility with good formability and performs
well in low-temperature environments.
