GS-SW12801715100S-C-CL2 is a high-performance cooled short-wave infrared camera operating in 0.9-1.7 μm spectral range. Equipped with 1280*1024 InGaAs focal-plane array and 15 μm pixel size for large-format imaging. It achieves 100 Hz full-resolution output over 4-TAP Full Mini Camera Link interface.

Built-in TEC cooling chip supports automatic or manual temperature adjustment to adapt to various ambient conditions. Arbitrary-region ROI readout is available to increase frame-rate. On-board image processing includes non-uniformity correction and defective pixel correction. It adopts standard C-mount lens interface and supports 3-24 V single-ended external trigger signal.
