1. Introduction

GS-SW1280171550-C-CL is high-performance large-format cooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectrum band. It adopts 1280*1024 high-resolution InGaAs FPA with 15μm pixel size and ultra-large 19.20*15.36mm active area, running at steady 50Hz full frame rate. It utilizes a Camera Link interface and comes with dedicated display and control software, ensuring ease of use for the user. Built-in adjustable TEC cooling effectively reduces thermal dark noise for faint target long integration. The camera supports arbitrary ROI to lift frame rate, independent auto/manual gain control, and optional onboard laser spot tracking algorithm. It only supports 3-24V single-ended external trigger, equipped with standard C lens mount to match spectrometers and wide-field optical systems.
