Introduction

GS-SW12801715100KS-C-CL2 is a high-performance TEC-cooled short-wave infrared camera for 0.9-1.7 μm spectral range. It adopts 1280*1024 InGaAs focal-plane array with 15 μm pixel size, achieving large-format imaging. It delivers 100 Hz full-frame output through 4-TAP Full Mini Camera Link interface.

Built-in adjustable TEC cooling supports automatic or manual temperature control adapting to various ambient temperatures. Arbitrary-region ROI readout is supported to raise frame rate as required. On-board processing implements non-uniformity correction and defective pixel correction. Equipped with standard C-mount lens interface and supports 3-24 V single-ended external trigger signal.
