Description

1. Introduction

GS-SW6401725-40-G is self-developed domestic scientific deep-cooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectrum band, tailored for high-end scientific research. It adopts 640×512 InGaAs FPA with 25μm oversized pixel and 16mm×12.8mm large photosensitive area, supporting ultra-long integration time over 2 minutes to capture ultra-faint targets. Equipped with deep TEC cooling system to stabilize chip temperature at -40℃, it greatly reduces thermal noise and improves imaging signal-to-noise ratio. GigE 8/14bit digital signal is standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA can be customized on demand. The camera supports TTL/LVDS dual external trigger and optional onboard laser centroid tracking function. Global shutter with 1μs minimum exposure, arbitrary ROI readout and complete built-in image correction algorithms fully meet astronomical observation, quantum dot, fluorescence, EMMI and life science testing demands. Air-cooled structure requires no water cooling pipeline, and C lens mount supports personalized customization. Matching multi-algorithm control software and full cross-platform SDK are provided to break import deep-cooled camera monopoly for domestic laboratories.
