1. Introduction

GS-SW6401715-40-G is an independently developed domestic scientific deep-cooled short-wave infrared camera covering 0.9–1.7μm spectral band, targeted at high-standard laboratory and astronomical research scenarios. Equipped with 640×512 high-sensitivity InGaAs FPA featuring 15μm pixel, it adopts advanced deep TEC cooling architecture that stabilizes detector temperature at -40℃ without extra water cooling, effectively suppressing thermal dark noise and significantly improving signal-to-noise ratio during long-time integration imaging. It takes GigE digital as standard output; PAL/NTSC analog video can be customized on demand. Compatible with TTL/LVDS dual external trigger signals, and reserves interface for onboard laser spot centroid tracking algorithm integration. Global shutter with 1μs adjustable minimum exposure, arbitrary ROI window function, and full set of built-in image correction algorithms fully meet hyperspectral, fluorescence, quantum dot and astronomical observation demands. Customizable C lens mount, matched dedicated multi-algorithm imaging software and complete cross-platform SDK are supplied for user secondary development, breaking import deep-cooled camera monopoly for domestic scientific research.
