Description
1. Introduction

GS-SW6401915-40-G is high-performance domestic deep-cooled short-wave infrared camera with extended 1.1–1.9μm detection band, specially optimized for long-wave SWIR scientific testing. Equipped with 640×512 InGaAs FPA and 15μm pixel, the focal plane quantum efficiency exceeds 80% within core waveband. Adopting two-stage TEC deep cooling structure, the sensor can be stably cooled to -40℃ to cut thermal dark noise and improve long-exposure signal-to-noise ratio. Standard GigE 8/14bit digital transmission; PAL/NTSC analog video via SMA interface can be customized as extra option. It supports arbitrary ROI to lift frame rate, global shutter with 1μs minimum exposure, TTL/LVDS dual external trigger and integratable onboard laser centroid tracking. Interchangeable C lens mount matches spectrometers and customized optical platforms. Exclusive imaging software and complete cross-platform SDK are supplied for secondary development, widely applied to multi-spectral research, industrial inspection and remote sensing.
