Introduction
The KTG112-W trace oxygen analyzer is a new type of intelligent industrial portable analyzer developed by combining the electrochemical detection principle, imported high-performance electrochemical sensors, and new microcomputer technology.
Application Areas
Portable and rapid analysis of trace oxygen in nitrogen production from air separation, chemical processes, protective gases in high-temperature sintering furnaces for magnetic materials, protective gases in the electronics industry, as well as in the glass and building materials industries and various mixed gases.
Instrument Features
- Selects imported fuel cell sensors, featuring long service life, high accuracy, and fast response, and is not interfered with by other gas components.
- Has automatic temperature compensation to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature.
- Optional components such as precision filters and air pumps can be added.
- Uses a 128×64 dot-matrix OLED liquid crystal display, which can simultaneously show parameters such as oxygen content, date, time, and the internal temperature of the instrument.
- Has a timed automatic storage function, allowing users to view stored data at any time.
- Alarm points can be set arbitrarily within the full measurement range.
- Can be powered by both AC and DC, offering flexible use. The battery can work continuously for about 10 hours after a full charge, and it will automatically alarm when the battery is under - voltage.
