Product Overview
The KGD-WQ-507 Dual-Channel Direct-Sampling Gas Emission Analyzer integrates multiple advanced detection technologies including Hydrogen Flame Ionization Detection (HFID), Non-Dispersive Ultraviolet (NDUV), Chemiluminescence Detection (CLD), Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR), and Magnetic-Parametric Detection (MPD). This comprehensive solution simultaneously measures volume concentrations of THC, CH₄, NOₓ, CO, CO₂, and O₂ in engine exhaust emissions, as well as CO₂ concentration in EGR pipeline gas.
Designed for engine manufacturers, testing institutions, and research facilities, this analyzer provides complete system testing solutions to meet increasingly stringent emission regulations.
Key Features
- Simultaneous measurement of THC, NOₓ, CO, CO₂, O₂ with optional CH₄, NMHC, NH₃, N₂O measurement capabilities
- NDUV technology for direct NO and NO₂ measurement without converter furnace, eliminating maintenance requirements
- Optional CLD technology for NOₓ measurement
- Real-time multi-point sampling and analysis of exhaust gas components
- Comprehensive EGR gas path CO₂ concentration analysis
- Integrated, automated design for ease of operation
- High accuracy measurements with fast response times, comparable to imported equipment standards
