Inside Tire Paint Agent SR-NPGF
Technical Introduction
SR-NPGF is an inorganic filler-containing tire inner mold release agent, containing active silicone polymer, used for spraying on the inner surface of green tires. This product provides excellent slip and mold release properties between the bladder and the green tire after vulcanization. SR-NPGF is a black inner spray liquid, easy to observe after spraying, and the spraying method is easy to control. This product has excellent degassing properties, preventing adhesion between the bladder and the inner liner, resulting in a bright and smooth inner surface of the tire after vulcanization. This product requires a small amount, dries quickly, and is ready for immediate use.

Usage:
SR-NPGF does not require dilution and can be sprayed onto the inner surface of the green tire using an atomizing device or an airless spraying device. It does not produce precipitation during use, but slight stirring is recommended. Vulcanization should be performed only after the spray is completely dry. SR-NPGF is very effective, and the effect is even better when used in combination with a series of bladder coating agents.

Storage
SR-NPGF must be stored in a sealed container, protected from freezing, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. Under these conditions, the storage period is at least six months. The production date is indicated in the production batch number on the packaging label.
