Technical Introduction
Tire Modifier SB-RTP is a surface modification product specifically designed for tire manufacturing. It provides tires with an appearance that perfectly matches customer requirements, while also exhibiting excellent adhesion to the tire surface and effectively eliminating discoloration caused by prolonged storage. After drying, the coating forms a permanent elastic film that effectively prevents cracking and peeling under bending or stretching. Tires modified with this product exhibit a glossy and matte texture, uniform color, and are less prone to dust accumulation.
Application Areas:
Surface modification of tires after vulcanization and modification of appearance marks after tire repair.
Instructions for Use:
1. Tire Modifier SB-RTP can be evenly applied to a clean tire surface using an atomizing spray device or a soft brush. It does not precipitate during use, but slight stirring is recommended.
2. Pour Tire Modifier SB-RTP into the spray device and spray evenly with the tire in an upright position. At a temperature of 20°C and 60% humidity, the drying time is approximately 15 minutes.
3. If spills occur during the use of Tire Modifier SB-RTP, they can be easily wiped away with water before drying. After complete drying, the product is water-resistant and washable.

Safety and Transportation:
According to transportation laws, Tire Modifier SB-RTP is a non-hazardous material and should be transported as such. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
Storage:
Tire Modifier SB-RTP must be stored in a sealed container, protected from freezing, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. When stored under these conditions, the shelf life is at least one year. The production date is indicated in the production batch number on the packaging label.
