The dual-Y structured MIOC, developed using Thin Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) technology, integrates a polarizer, 3dB coupler, and Y-waveguide modulator on a single chip. This compact package combines components including SLD light sources, PD detectors, TIA, and TEC. The device delivers three key advantages: significantly reduced cost for gyroscopes, decreased overall height of the system, and simplified assembly process.
