Electronic Wire Network Wire Extrusion Production Line:Application

It is suitable for single-layer,double-layer and triple-layer extrusion of wire and cable for PVC, LDPE,XLPE, SHF,TPU,TPE, LSOH and other insulating materials.


Equipment composition

It is composed of pay-off, wire straightening table,main machine,main control cabinet, water trough, Cable storage rack,traction device,take-up machine and other accessories.
Optional single-head/double-head/active type pay-off, PLC computer all-process control, laser diameter gauge and copperwire preheater.
