Lost foam casting production lines

Lost foam casting (also known as solid pattern casting) is a new casting method in which wax or foam patterns similar in size and shape to casting are bonded and combined into pattern clusters, coated with refractory coating and dried, then embedded in dry quartz sand and vibrated to form the mold. Under negative pressure, the liquid metal is poured, causing the patterns to vaporize and the liquid metal to occupy the pattern positions, which then solidifies and cools to form the casting. According to the requirements the lost foam casting process, its sand treatment line should have the following functions: sand dropping, screening, air separation, magnetic separation, cooling, storage, and dust removal. Generally sand treatment lines are divided by their sand processing capacity per hour into 5t/h, 10t/h, 20t/h, and 3t/h, to be selected for different
