Product Features

  1. RG-255 is a cyanide-free alkaline zinc-nickel alloy plating process. The bright alloy coating contains 12–18% nickel and 82–88% zinc, suitable for both rack plating and barrel plating.
  2. This process produces corrosion-resistant coatings with various color options, whose performance exceeds the standards required by automotive manufacturers.
  3. Excellent throwing power and covering power; the alkaline electrolyte features low corrosivity.
  4. Forms electrolytic zinc-nickel alloy layers, applicable to long-term continuous sheet metal plating production.
