R • G-2007 alkaline galvanizing
Product Introduction
- It is an alkaline zinc deposition process suitable for cyanide free hanging plating or rolling plating.
- Good electroplating results can be achieved in high concentrations of zinc and caustic soda.
- Under working current density, the coating has excellent dispersion, which can save zinc metal.
- The galvanized layer is easy to passivate.

- Good dispersion performance of the coating
- Excellent positioning performance
- Good ductility
- Can work at high current density
- Low operating costs
Equipment
- Plating tank: Steel layer with PP or PVC.
- Filtering: Filter with a 10um filter cartridge.
- Anode: Zero zinc anode or low-carbon steel plate.
- Filtration: Continuous (1-2 volume solutions per hour) is required.
- Cooling: It is necessary as high temperatures (above 40 ° C) consume a significant amount of R · G-2007 brightener.
- Stirring: Requires cathode movement.
