Product Overview

BH300F PRO is a space-saving full-process edge banding equipment independently developed by Baihang Machinery, tailor-made for small furniture workshops and medium-sized custom cabinet factories. Compared with large heavy-duty edge banders, this model adopts a compact 3.3m integrated frame, cutting floor occupation by nearly 30% while retaining six core processing stations from pre-milling to polishing. It supports continuous high-speed production of MDF, particle board, solid wood panels, compatible with PVC, melamine and veneer edge strips ranging from 0.3mm to 3mm. With total power only 9kW, it greatly lowers daily power consumption, becoming a cost-effective entry-level automatic edge banding solution for new woodworking factories.

Core Processing Stations
Every working unit is independently adjustable via handwheel scales to match diverse board sizes and edge materials, realizing one-stop forming without secondary manual repair.

  1. Dual Pre-Milling Unit: Twin alloy milling heads eliminate saw burrs, diagonal cutting marks and wood grain protrusions on raw boards, flattening board edges to enhance glue adhesion and avoid long-term degumming issues.
  2. Constant-Temp Spiral Glue System: Large-capacity anti-carbonization glue pot with spiral stirring roller evenly distributes hot melt glue; independent temperature control prevents glue scorching, delivering bubble-free tight bonding.
  3. Single-Guide End Cutting Station: Linear guide cutter trims redundant edge tape at both front and rear board ends, reducing abrasion of subsequent fine trimming cutters and preventing thin PVC strip cracking.
  4. High-Speed Fine Trimming Group: Tilt adjustable high-frequency motors with wear-resistant alloy saw blades polish upper and lower edge surfaces to smooth, burr-free finish.
  5. Flat Scraping Module: Precision scraper removes residual glue lines and tiny ripples left by trimming, smoothing uneven transition zones between panels and edge bands.
  6. Double Buffing Polishing Wheels: Opposite rotating cotton wheels erase minor scratches and restore edge tape gloss, achieving seamless visual integration between board and edge band.
