3. Heat Treatment:
1)Quench: 950-980`C cold oil(need re-preheat~500`C-850`C)HRC≥60
2)Eliminate stress, stabilize framework tempering, (180-200`C)≥2 hours HRC60-62
3)If it is necessary, it could be changed into 320-350`C≥2 hours backfire HRC≥60-62
4)Annealing: 780-800`C slow cooling
4.Application:
cold work mould steel 1.2363 would be used for good wear resistance suitable and good toughness special tools,
such as the widely used materials in blanking die and forming die , expression roll, punches, also used for certain types of shear blade.
5. Characteristic:
1)Deep air quenching hardening properties.
2)Good abrasion resistance and toughness.
6. Annealed hardness ≤ 248HBS
7. Specially:
high toughness., high wear resistance, small deformation
8. Delivery Conditions:
Conventional or ESR, forging, black surface or peeled or turned.
