Description

Its working principle relies primarily on the combined effects of vacuum and heating. The main unit consists of a horizontal cylindrical shell with a jacket, inside which a rake-type agitator driven by a motor is installed. During operation, after the material is fed into the cylinder, steam or hot water is circulated through the jacket to indirectly heat the material, while a vacuum pump simultaneously removes the evaporated moisture (water or organic solvent) in real time. As the rakes rotate slowly, they continuously turn and mix the material, constantly renewing the heating surface area, thereby significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency and preventing material clumping.
