In addition, the filling machine has a safety interlock system. When the jerry can is not in the right position or the filling nozzle does not go through the bunghole, the filling valve would not open or start filling; when the filling nozzle touches the can surface, it would retract automatically.
The weighing system is composed of a TRANSCELL sealed stainless steel load cell with nitrogen purging, a junction box and a low weighing platform, featuring IP68 protection level. In addition, TOLEDO or UNIPLUS weighing instruments are installed with the control cabinets, indicating the container weight at real time.

The filling line is assessed with a palletizing system, which facilitates the filled containers discharge. After arriving the palletizing conveyor, the user can choose to apply manual or automatic palletizing. The pictures below shows the machinery palletizing, while the robot palletizing is another option. The pallet with filled jerry cans would move to the wait-shovel roller way waiting for forklift, in the meanwhile the pallet magazine would release an empty pallet. The pallitizer is operated repeatedly.





The system is equipped with an pneumatic lid capping machine, which could perform lid capping and anti-fake lid capping. When the filled cans are moved under the capping machine, the system would automatically cap and seal the cans.
Similar to the capping machine, the system can be equipped with the labelling machine on the two sides of the filled cans outfeed chain-board conveyor, facilitating sticking the required labels on the container body. This machine is accessed as per user requirement.
