- The maximum drilling depth can reach 1200m, and the maximum drilling diameter is 325mm, far exceeding conventional small drilling rigs. It can meet the needs of "deep and large" operations such as kilometer level deep hole exploration, large-diameter hydrological monitoring well construction, and deep ore body sampling. The core sampling size is large and the integrity is high.
- Strong overload enhancement capability
- The maximum lifting capacity of the main winch is 60T, and the auxiliary winch (optional) has a lifting capacity of 32T. It can easily lift heavy drilling tools and long sections of rock cores, and is not prone to jamming or falling off when facing heavy load operations in deep wells. It is suitable for long-term drilling in complex rock formations.
- Strong adaptability to multiple gear speeds
- Equipped with multi speed regulation of 45/70/90/130r/min, the low-speed gear can handle grinding and drilling in hard rock formations, while the high-speed gear is suitable for fast drilling in soft formations. One machine can meet the operational needs of different formations without frequent equipment replacement.
- Stable structure and high operational reliability
- The equipment weighs 9.7 tons and has a stable center of gravity during operation. With a solid base design, it has low vibration and high verticality during deep well rotary drilling, effectively ensuring the accuracy of core sampling and reducing construction risks such as hole inclination and collapse.

- Cleaning inspection
- Clean up the soil, rock debris, and mud on the surface of the machine body, turntable, and drill pipe in a timely manner after homework to prevent the mud from drying up and blocking the components;
- Check for oil leakage and seepage in the gearbox, winch, and hydraulic system of the turntable. If any damaged seals are found, replace them immediately.
- Lubrication supply
- Rotary table bearings and gear meshing: Add lithium based grease to ensure flexible rotation without jamming;
- Wire rope of winch: Apply anti rust lubricating oil, check whether the wire rope is broken or deformed, and replace it in a timely manner if the wear exceeds the standard;
- Each connecting pin shaft and slide rail: Add lubricating oil to prevent rusting and jamming.
- Inspection of vulnerable parts
- Check the wear of the drill pipe joint threads and drill bit tips, and replace them if the threads slip or the drill bit is severely worn;
- Check if the mud pump filter screen is clogged, clean impurities in a timely manner, and ensure smooth circulation of mud.
