Oil Wellhead Equipment Model 500 and 501 API Cement Baskets

Introduction:

Cement Basket is an effective aid in retaining and supporting the cement where weak formations and stage cementing is encountered. It is designed with Flexible Bow Springs, heat-treated under controlled conditions for maximum strength and uniformity, are welded to slip-on collars and overlapping metal fins for flexibility and strength to support long columns of cement during primary cementing operations.

Model 500 cement baskets

Modd500 Umbrella-shape Cement Basket has two types, one is the blade fixed with canvass to block the slurry, the other one is the blade fixed with steel sheet to block the slurry.

Model 501 cement baskets

Model 501 Lantern-shape Cement Basket is the enhanced version of Model 500, the blade fixed with layered steel sheet to block the slurry. Its advantage is In that the casing Mil not $crap well wall while pick-up and run-down with good effect of slurry blocking. it is mainly used in vertical section of open hole 6nd deviated well.
