At 0 degrees Celsius, the resistance of PT1000 is 1000 ohms, and its resistance increases at a constant rate as the temperature rises. pt1000 is a platinum resistance thermometer, and its resistance value is directly proportional to the change in temperature. The resistance value of PT1000 and its temperature variation relationship are as follows: When the temperature of PT1000 is 0℃, its resistance value is 1000 ohms, and at 100℃, its resistance value is approximately 1385 ohms.
The resistance value and temperature of a metal thermal resistor can generally be expressed by the following approximate relationship, that is, Rt=Rt0[1+α (t-t0)], where Rt is the resistance value at temperature t. Rt0 represents the resistance value corresponding to temperature t0 (typically t0=0℃). α is the temperature coefficient. The relationship between the resistance value of a thermistor and temperature is Rt=AeB/t, where Rt represents the resistance value at a temperature of t. Constants A and B depend on the structure of the semiconductor material.
The temperature ranges are different. PT1000 is suitable for measuring small-range temperatures, while PT100 is suitable for measuring slightly larger-range temperatures
The reaction sensitivity of PT1000 is higher than that of PT100. When the temperature of PT1000 changes by one degree, its resistance increases or decreases by approximately 3.8 ohms. When the temperature of PT100 changes by one degree, its resistance increases or decreases by approximately 0.38 ohms
The pt1000 differential sampling bridge circuit is used for measurement. The voltage at one end is basically constant. When the temperature changes, the voltage output of the pt1000 will also change. After the variation is amplified by op07 and sent to the adc for sampling, the corresponding voltage value can be obtained. Based on the voltage value, the temperature can be calculated.
There are also cases where pt100 and resistors are directly connected in series, and the partial voltage is calculated to convert the temperature value. This method can achieve good accuracy within a relatively small temperature range, basically within 0.5 degrees.
