Application:

The 24 V electric gear-type ULPK0038 lift pump is purpose-built for Perkins T4.236 and AT4.236 turbocharged diesel engines (4.0 L, 4-cylinder) that power Massey Ferguson 2400- and 3400-series agricultural tractors, combine harvesters such as the MF 7200 line, FG Wilson and Pramac generator sets, plus industrial machinery from JCB and Manitou. It bolts to the rear left face of the timing cover and supplies clean, pressurised fuel to the high-pressure injection pump across engine speeds from 650 r/min idle to 2 400 r/min rated.

Positive-displacement gear pump delivers 140 L/h at 350 kPa and 24 V, drawing only 4.5 A at 2 000 r/min. Die-cast aluminium body carries SAE J744 size 2 flange with two M8 threaded holes on 50 mm centres; 8 mm quick-connect inlet and outlet ports accept standard push-fit fuel lines. Internal relief valve opens at 400 kPa to protect downstream components. Viton seals and gaskets ensure compatibility with biodiesel blends up to B20 and arctic-grade diesel down to −45 °C.

Stainless-steel magnetic strainer cap captures ferrous debris down to 40 µm, while spring-loaded Viton check valves prevent back-flow and vapour lock. The encapsulated 24 V DC motor is IP67-sealed against dust and moisture, and a self-resetting thermal cut-off at 115 °C guards against overload. Lightweight, vibration-damped and maintenance-free sealed bearings make the unit ideal for continuous-duty agricultural, construction and standby-power applications.
