This 34 g/m² uncoated greaseproof paper relies solely on high‑viscosity beating (85°SR) to achieve Grade 4‑5 oil resistance. No coatings, no fluorochemicals, no plastics – 100% pure wood pulp. Process Introduction

100% bleached softwood pulp is beaten to an extremely high degree (85°SR) using a double disc refiner. The highly hydrated, fibrillated fibers form a dense, low‑porosity sheet on a Fourdrinier wire. The web is pressed, dried at 80‑120°C, and soft calendered at 60‑80°C. No surface treatment or sizing agents are added. The paper’s oil resistance comes purely from physical densification.
