Description

This 80 g/㎡ white cotton fiber paper is designed for packaging computer monitors – from 24‑inch to 34‑inch screens, as well as all‑in‑one PCs. The heavyweight grade provides high tensile strength (MD ≥5.0 kN/m) and tear resistance (≥7 kN/m) to withstand the weight and sharp edges of large displays. The soft, lint‑free surface protects polarizers and anti‑glare coatings. Anti‑static treatment prevents dust attraction to high‑voltage components.

Production Process

Blend of long‑fiber softwood (70%) + cotton linters (30%) for high strength and softness. Beating degree 50‑55°SR. Anti‑static agent added in size press. Extended pressing (150‑200 kN/m) and multi‑cylinder drying. Soft calendering at medium pressure to achieve smoothness without excessive compaction. Surface starch coating (3‑4 g/㎡) for lint control and printability. Slit into wide rolls (up to 1200 mm) to match monitor dimensions.
