Description

This 70 g/㎡ white cotton fiber paper is a heavyweight grade for furniture wrapping, metal sheet interleaving, and heavy‑duty industrial padding. High tensile strength (MD ≥4.0 kN/m) and tear resistance (≥5 kN/m) prevent punctures from sharp edges. Soft calendered surface is lint‑free and non‑abrasive, safe for polished wood and painted surfaces.

Process Introduction

High proportion (70%+) of long‑fiber softwood pulp + cotton linters. Beating degree 50‑55°SR for strong fiber bonding. Extended pressing (linear pressure 150‑200 kN/m). Multi‑cylinder drying with gradual heating (80→115→90°C). Soft calendering at 60‑80°C, 50‑80 kN/m. Optional light starch coating (2‑4 g/㎡) to enhance surface hardness and prevent linting.
