IAI RCA2-TWA4NA-I-20-4-50-A1-S is a wide table-type electric actuator for guided short-stroke positioning. It combines a TWA4NA wide moving table, 20W AC servo motor, incremental encoder, 4 mm ball-screw lead and 50 mm working stroke.

The wider table structure provides increased mounting area and improved resistance to loads applied around the vertical axis compared with narrower compact-table configurations. It is suitable for fixtures and workpieces that require stable support during controlled linear movement.

Selection and Replacement Notes

The TWA4NA wide-table body must not be confused with the narrower TCA4NA compact-table design. Although both families use related 20W motor configurations, their table dimensions, allowable moments, mass and mechanical installation differ.

Verify the 4 mm lead and 50 mm stroke. Changing to a 2 mm or 6 mm lead changes maximum speed, thrust, payload characteristics and controller parameters.

Before replacement, record the controller model, home position, motion parameters, cable routing and mechanical datum. Confirm the complete A1-S suffix from the original nameplate and retain the correct controller and cable configuration.
