IAI RCA2-TWA4NA-I-20-4-50-A1-S is a wide table-type electric actuator for guided short-stroke positioning. It combines a TWA4NA wide moving table, 20W AC servo motor, incremental encoder, 4 mm ball-screw lead and 50 mm working stroke.
The wider table structure provides increased mounting area and improved resistance to loads applied around the vertical axis compared with narrower compact-table configurations. It is suitable for fixtures and workpieces that require stable support during controlled linear movement.

Related IAI family variant: RCA2-TWA4NA-I-20-2-50-A1-N. This model shares the TWA4NA body, 20W AC servo motor, incremental encoder and 50 mm stroke but uses a 2 mm lead and a different cable or option suffix.
The lead-2 version provides lower maximum speed and higher available thrust than the lead-4 main model. RCA2-TWA4NA-I-20-2-50-A1-N is included for related-model coverage only and is not automatically interchangeable with RCA2-TWA4NA-I-20-4-50-A1-S.
Confirm the complete model, lead, controller specification, cable arrangement, mounting dimensions and operating parameters before selecting an alternative.
This actuator is suitable for inspection fixtures, component alignment, automated assembly, product testing, small transfer systems, loading mechanisms and other applications requiring a guided 50 mm linear axis with a relatively wide mounting table.
The moving table may support fixtures or workpieces directly when the load remains within the specified payload and allowable-moment limits. Excessive overhang, external impact or side loading should be avoided.
The TWA4NA wide-table body must not be confused with the narrower TCA4NA compact-table design. Although both families use related 20W motor configurations, their table dimensions, allowable moments, mass and mechanical installation differ.
Verify the 4 mm lead and 50 mm stroke. Changing to a 2 mm or 6 mm lead changes maximum speed, thrust, payload characteristics and controller parameters.
Before replacement, record the controller model, home position, motion parameters, cable routing and mechanical datum. Confirm the complete A1-S suffix from the original nameplate and retain the correct controller and cable configuration.
Please provide photographs of the full actuator nameplate, table mounting arrangement, controller label and connectors when requesting a quotation. Product condition, included cable length, controller compatibility, warranty and delivery time should be confirmed before ordering.
