IAI RCA2-TCA4NA-I-20-6-30-A1-S is a compact table-type electric actuator designed for fast short-stroke positioning. It combines a TCA4NA guided table body, 20W AC servo motor, incremental encoder, 6 mm ball-screw lead and 30 mm working stroke.

The lead-6 configuration provides the highest travel speed within the standard TCA4NA ball-screw range. It is suited to compact equipment where rapid movement over a short distance is more important than the higher thrust available from lower-lead versions.

RCA2-TCA4NA-I-20-6-30-A1-S can be used in component transfer, inspection positioning, sorting equipment, assembly fixtures, small loading mechanisms and compact machines requiring rapid 30 mm linear movement.

The guided table supports loads mounted directly to the moving platform, provided that payload and allowable-moment limits are observed. Actual cycle time depends on acceleration, settling requirements, controller settings and the mass of the workpiece and fixture.

Selection and Replacement Notes

Confirm that the machine requires the lead-6 high-speed version. The lead-2 and lead-4 TCA4NA configurations use the same general actuator family but provide different combinations of speed, payload and thrust.

The 30 mm stroke version has different overall dimensions from the 50 mm stroke version. Verify mounting-hole positions, mechanical clearance, home position and workpiece travel before installation.

Record the existing controller model, motion parameters and cable arrangement before replacement. The A1-S suffix must be checked against the original nameplate because controller and cable specifications form part of the complete actuator configuration.
