Two rollers driven by different power motors rotate at matched differential speed, generating extrusion and shear force to break coal and stone materials. When oversize hard debris enters the cavity, springs compress to expand roller gap for debris passing, then rebound back to working position. Differential rotation reduces sticking issue of wet coal on roller surface, ensuring stable throughput during rainy humid working conditions.
