Soft limestone is forgiving. Granite, basalt and iron ore are not. This 60-100 TPH double roll mining crusher is configured for abrasive, high-compressive-strength material, combining a wear-resistant crushing chamber with a frame and drive train that hold alignment under continuous heavy load. The result is a stable output size and a predictable wear cost per ton.
The roller shells are the parts that decide the cost of ownership. Our shells are cast in high manganese steel Mn13 and heat treated to work-harden under impact, so the surface hardness rises as the material is crushed instead of polishing down.
| Material | Compressive Strength | Max Feed Size | Typical Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Granite | 100-250 MPa | Up to 40 mm | 60-100 t/h |
| Basalt | 150-300 MPa | Up to 40 mm | 60-90 t/h |
| Iron ore | 100-200 MPa | Up to 35 mm | 60-85 t/h |
| River stone | 80-150 MPa | Up to 45 mm | 80-100 t/h |
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 60-100 t/h |
| Roller diameter x width | 1000 x 800 mm |
| Max feed size | Up to 45 mm |
| Output size | 1-10 mm adjustable by hydraulic gap |
| Motor power | 2 x 55 kW, 380V 50Hz or customized |
| Frame | Reinforced welded steel body with stress relief |
| Wear liners | Mn13 standard, Cr26 high chrome optional |
Hard rock punishes a loose frame. The body is welded from thick steel plate, stress relieved after welding and machined in one setup so the bearing seats and gear centres stay concentric. Hydraulic gap adjustment allows the output size to be changed in minutes, and the hydraulic release protects the rollers if uncrushable metal enters the chamber.
Wear parts for this model are kept in stock, including Mn13 and Cr26 roller shells, bearings, seals and gear sets. Our team supports installation, operator training and remote troubleshooting, and provides a wear inspection schedule based on your actual feed material so replacements are planned rather than emergency purchases.
Send us your material type, feed size and target output, and we will confirm the shell material, motor configuration and delivery schedule for your project.
