Impact crushing produces the best aggregate shape, but only if the blow bars survive the rock. This European heavy impact mining crusher is built around that principle: a high chrome wear package, a heavy rotor with large moment of inertia, and a hydraulic opening device that lets the maintenance team reach the wear parts in minutes. Designed for granite, basalt and abrasive quarry stone at up to 120 TPH.
Blow bars and impact plates are cast in high chrome Cr26 with a hardness of HRC 60 and above, giving two to three times the service life of standard martensitic bars in abrasive granite.

| Motor power | 110 kW, 380V 50Hz or customized |
| Output size | 0-40 mm adjustable by rotor speed and gap |
| Wear parts | Cr26 high chrome blow bars and impact plates |
| Body | European heavy duty welded structure, hydraulic opening |
High-speed impact combined with adjustable gap produces a cubical product with a low needle and flake content, suitable for concrete aggregate and asphalt mixes. Output gradation is adjusted by rotor speed and impact gap, so one machine can serve several product specifications.
Hydraulic opening of the upper body gives direct access to the rotor and impact plates. Blow bars are reversible, and replacement segments are kept in stock so a wear change does not stop the plant for weeks. Our engineers support installation, commissioning and operator training, with remote diagnosis available for fault finding.
