The XC125 is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe designed for efficient one-time machining of small and complex precision components. It adopts a dual-spindle structure with main and sub internal electric spindles, which can realize synchronous processing on both ends and automatic workpiece transfer. This design effectively reduces secondary clamping errors and ensures high dimensional consistency for finished parts.
Equipped with a FANUC 0i-TF PLUS numerical control system and a 10.4-inch color LCD screen, the machine provides stable control, fast response and convenient operation. The main spindle can reach a maximum speed of 10,000min⁻¹ and is equipped with 0.001° high-precision C-axis control, which is suitable for complex contour cutting, indexing and milling operations.
This machine supports both guide bush mode and non-guide bush mode, with a maximum processing diameter of φ12mm. It is configured with 6 external turning tools, 4 front fixed tools and 4 side milling power tools, which can complete turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other compound processes in one clamping. The complete automatic lubrication system, cutting oil cooling system, air curtain dustproof system and spindle oil cooler ensure long-term stable operation and high processing accuracy.
