The TCK700 is a heavy‑duty high‑precision CNC slant bed turning lathe designed for large‑size shaft and disc parts machining. It adopts a 45° inclined bed structure, providing excellent rigidity, chip removal efficiency and operation convenience. The machine is widely used in aerospace, automotive, petroleum, valve, flange and heavy machinery industries for high‑efficiency turning, boring, threading and complex surface machining.
Equipped with Fanuc Oi TF Plus control system, the lathe ensures stable and intelligent operation. The spindle adopts A2‑11 nose with 105mm through hole and 92mm bar capacity, driven by 30‑37kW high power motor with max speed 2000rpm, providing strong torque for heavy cutting. The 12‑station servo hydraulic turret supports fast tool indexing with 0.5s per adjacent station, greatly improving processing efficiency.
X and Z axes adopt Hiwin 55mm roller linear guideways and C3 grade large‑diameter ball screws from THK/NTNS, with rapid traverse speed up to 16m/min. The machine is equipped with 15‑inch hydraulic chuck, hydraulic programmable fully automatic tailstock and hydraulic steady rest (supporting 40‑265mm), ensuring stable clamping and high machining accuracy for long and large workpieces.
With complete standard configuration including automatic lubrication, chip conveyor, electrical cabinet air conditioner, Renishaw tool presetter and Schneider electric components, the TCK700 ensures long‑term reliable running, high accuracy retention and low maintenance cost. 1. Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation with sufficient load-bearing capacity to ensure stability and accuracy.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with professional wiring and reliable grounding.
3. Check hydraulic oil level, lubrication system, coolant and air pressure before each operation.
4. Confirm workpiece clamping, tool installation and program parameters before starting automatic machining.
5. Keep hands and foreign objects away from the working area, rotating chuck and moving turret during operation.
6. Perform regular maintenance: replace hydraulic oil, way lubricant and cutting fluid according to the recommended schedule.
7. Clean chips, guide rails and ball screws regularly to keep the transmission system in good condition.
8. When the machine is out of service for a long time, turn off the main power and protect precision parts from rust and dust.
