Powered by a 30kW servo motor, the spindle delivers a maximum speed of 1800rpm with an A2-11 spindle nose and a 105mm through-hole (bar stock capacity Φ91mm), providing robust torque for both roughing and finishing hard-to-cut materials. The 12-station hydraulic servo turret enables ultra-fast tool indexing (0.5s per adjacent station) and supports external tools up to 32*32mm and boring bars up to Φ50mm, significantly boosting processing efficiency.

1. Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation with sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the 7.2-ton machine weight and ensure operational stability.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with professional wiring and reliable grounding for electrical safety.
3. Prior to operation, check hydraulic oil level, lubrication system pressure, coolant flow, and air supply to ensure all systems are in good condition.
4. Confirm workpiece clamping, tool setting, and program parameters before automatic machining to prevent collisions and damage.
5. Keep hands, tools, and foreign objects away from the rotating chuck, tailstock, and working area during machine operation.
6. Regularly clean chips from the work area, guide rails, and ball screws; replace hydraulic oil and way lubricant as recommended to maintain precision.
7. When the machine is idle for an extended period, turn off the main power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed surfaces, and cover the machine to prevent dust and rust.
