High rigidity cast iron slant bed with linear guideways, X/Z rapid feed 20m/min. A2-6 spindle 50~4000rpm, standard 8'' hydraulic chuck, IT6 machining accuracy. Equipped with 12-station BMT40 power turret, net weight 4500kg, ideal for mass production of shaft & disc workpieces.

Description

SDVEDON TCK56D-1000 is high precision slant bed CNC lathe for batch turning work. Whole cast iron bed after aging treatment ensures stable precision. 12-station power turret supports turning, drilling and milling. Optional KND or HNC control system, widely used in auto parts, hydraulic fittings and general machinery industry. All machines pass strict factory inspection with CE certification.
