Description

High-Precision Pillow Block for Shock-absorbing Auxiliary Support Component

Support for over hanging workpieces

Spring loaded for fast adjustment

Shock resistant during machining

Heat treated to HRC 38 - 42

This support jack features a spring loaded pluger on top and a threaded adjuster on the bottom. It is designed to support over hanging workpieces but can be used anywhere that adjustable workpiece support is required. The locking screw operates against a tapered surface to prevent push-back under load and the plunger has a threaded hole for the attachment of additional support elements like serrated pads or swivelling ball ends.

According to the height of the workpiece, the support height will automatically adjust after the bolt is loosened, and it has shockproof function during processing
