Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Is EE65 a fixed power rating?
No. EE65 identifies the ferrite core platform. Actual power capability depends on topology, input voltage, frequency, duty cycle, flux density, conductor structure, cooling conditions, insulation system, and allowable temperature rise.
Q2: What information is required for quotation?
Please provide input-voltage range, converter topology, switching frequency, duty cycle, output voltages/currents, power requirements, primary inductance, turns ratio, leakage target, DCR limits, isolation voltage, cooling method, dimensions, terminals, and applicable standards.
Q3: Can input and output voltages be customized?
Yes. Primary, secondary, and auxiliary windings can be designed according to required voltage, current, polarity, regulation, and isolation requirements.
Q4: Can EE65 support kilowatt-level applications?
EE65 can be evaluated for kilowatt-level conversion, but the model name alone does not guarantee a particular power rating. All operational parameters must be reviewed for suitability.
Q5: Can multiple secondary outputs be added?
Yes. Independent outputs, center taps, series windings, parallel windings, and auxiliary outputs can be developed according to the approved specification.
