The EI480 three phase isolation transformer is a dry-type, air-cooled power transformer built for industrial voltage conversion between 480V and 240V systems. Housed in a fully enclosed powder-coated steel cabinet with a hinged access door, it delivers reliable galvanic isolation, noise suppression and equipment protection in demanding factory environments. Every unit is manufactured to order, so the capacity, voltage taps and terminal layout can be matched exactly to your application.

• True galvanic isolation — separate primary and secondary windings block conducted noise, transients and common-mode interference between source and load.
• Multi-tap terminal block — clearly marked 240V / 480V / 0V tap terminals allow flexible field wiring and voltage adjustment without changing the unit.
• Dry-type, no oil — maintenance-free operation, no leakage risk, suitable for indoor installation where oil-filled units are not permitted.
• Enclosed steel housing — protects windings from dust and accidental contact; ventilated louvers on both sides provide natural convection cooling.

• Dedicated grounding terminal — a yellow-green earth conductor is factory-fitted to the enclosure for safe installation.

Each transformer is wrapped in PE film and a moisture-proof bag with desiccant, protected by EPE foam corner pads, then packed in a fumigation-free plywood case fixed on a pallet with forklift access.
