HXP40E Fully Automated Box Forming Device Connecting With Downstream Packaging Conveyor
HXP40E Fully Automated Box Forming Device Connecting With Downstream Packaging Conveyor
For Auto Box Unfolding, Folding and Tape Sealing Work
Product Overview
The HXP40E Automatic Carton Forming Bottom Sealer is a fully automated packaging equipment designed to simplify and standardize carton pre-packaging procedures. It realizes a complete unmanned working cycle: automatically picking flat carton blanks from the material magazine, shaping flat sheets into standard carton structures, sequentially folding bottom flaps in place, and applying adhesive tape for firm bottom sealing.
After finishing forming and sealing, the completed empty cartons are automatically discharged to the downstream conveyor for subsequent packaging procedures. With continuous cyclic operation, the machine achieves a maximum working speed of 12 cartons per minute, delivering stable and high-efficiency carton forming and bottom sealing performance for automated packaging lines.
Application Scenarios
- Printing and packaging factories: automatic forming and bottom sealing of product packaging cartons
- E-commerce logistics warehouses: continuous empty carton preparation for product packaging and shipment
- Industrial automated packaging lines: front-end carton unfolding and shaping supporting equipment
- Consumer goods manufacturing plants: batch carton forming processing for finished product packaging
- Large-scale packaging workshops requiring standardized and high-speed carton pre-forming work
Core Advantages
The continuous cyclic working mode eliminates intermittent stagnation in traditional manual carton preparation, greatly optimizing the overall packaging workflow. Sequential flap folding and professional tape sealing structure ensure stable and reliable carton bottom tightness, avoiding loose bottoms during subsequent filling and transportation. With excellent line compatibility, the machine can be flexibly integrated into various automated packaging systems. Its high-speed and stable operation effectively improves workshop packaging throughput and standardizes production processes.
