Reverse Buckling Rupture Disc
Product Overview
The bursting disc consists of a pressure-sensitive element with serrations and struts combined with a sealing membrane. Instability of the struts on the pressure-sensitive element causes the composite disc to reverse, and the sealing membrane is ruptured by the serrations on the pressure-sensitive element to achieve pressure relief.
Technical Characteristics
- Suitable for gas-phase media and gas-liquid two-phase media
- Applicable for low-pressure working conditions
- No sparks generated upon rupture
- The maximum operating pressure can reach 90% of the minimum bursting pressure
- No fragments after rupture; can be installed in series with safety valves
- The product nameplate is marked with TS or CE certification marks
