CSQ Hybrid Ceramic Bearings With Corrosion Resistance 608-2Z Silicon Nitride Zirconia
Hybrid Ceramic Bearings with Si3N4 Ceramic Balls
Races can be chosen among GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, high temperature resistant bearing steel, etc., fit with high precision G5 grade silicon nitride balls, which are sintered by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and treated with HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. With that, machined or injection moulded PEEK cage, double-sided or one-sided PEEK seals can be assembled.
Hybrid Ceramic Bearings with ZrO2 Ceramic Balls
Races can be chosen among GCr15 bearing steel, M50 steel, 440C stainless steel, high temperature resistant bearing steel, etc. and fit with HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) hot isostatic sintered zirconia balls, according to the different needs of customers. The cage and seals structure are same as hybrid ceramic bearings with Si3N4 ceramic balls.
Core Advantages and Characteristics of Hybrid Ceramic Bearings:
| Category |
Specific Advantage |
Technical Explanation |
| High-Speed Performance |
Excellent high-speed capability |
Low-density ceramic balls lower centrifugal force, reducing heat and enabling 30–60% higher speeds |
| Service Life |
Exceptionally long service life |
Superior hardness and wear resistance yield 3–5x longer fatigue life |
| Stiffness & Temperature |
High rigidity & low temperature rise |
High elastic modulus increases rigidity; low friction and self-lubrication minimize heat |
| Harsh Environment Resistance |
Corrosion resistance |
Resists moisture and chemical corrosion. |
| High-temperature resistance |
Stable operation >400°C |
| Preload Stability |
Stable preload under thermal variation |
Low thermal expansion ensures minimal preload change with temperature |
