The LHB series centrifugal mixing pump is a rapid, high-intensity mixing device specially developed for vegetable oil continuous refining. It integrates mixing and pressurized conveying in one unit, replacing conventional separate static mixers and transfer pumps. With a treatment capacity of 30-600 T/D and all wetted parts made of stainless steel, it is ideal for food-grade edible oil processing.

Working Principle
The motor drives the rotating drum at high speed. Pre-metered materials enter the compartment chamber through independent feed inlets. Under centrifugal force and the compartment structure, media repeatedly collide and agitate for complete mixing. The high-speed fluid then flows through the centripetal pump impeller, which converts dynamic pressure to static pressure (0.10-0.20 MPa) for direct delivery to the next process.
Applications
Vegetable oil continuous refining, including oil-alkali neutralization, oil-acid reaction and oil-water washing stages before degumming, de-soaping and dehydration. Suitable for edible oil processing lines of 30-600 T/D.
