Working Principle
The suspended basket centrifuge operates on the principle of centrifugal filtration and sedimentation. Material is fed into the rotating basket through the feeding pipe, and under high-speed centrifugal force the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and the basket wall perforations to be discharged from the liquid outlet, while the solid phase is retained on the inner surface of the filter cloth to form a filter cake. After the steps of feeding, high-speed separation, washing and drying are completed under PLC control, the basket decelerates and the separated solid cake is discharged from the basket, completing one full automatic working cycle. The entire process runs in a closed loop with time settings and real-time status display on the touch screen.
