HR1000‑N Two‑stage Pusher Centrifuge, Continuous Dewatering Machine for MVR Salt Production
Industrial Applications
Built for mass production, the HR1000-N double stage pushing centrifuge is the flagship model for MVR wastewater salt treatment, chlor-alkali chemical plants and flue gas desulfurization (FGD) projects. It continuously processes 50-70 t/h of crystalline salt, replacing multiple small machines and lowering both energy and labor cost. Other proven applications include sodium sulfite, nitrocellulose, mirabilite, urotropine, gelatin bone granules, cotton seeds and glyphosate.
Key Advantages at Scale
- Ultra-high capacity of 50-70 t/h with continuous cake discharge
- Low, uniform power consumption with no peak load - significant energy saving versus batch centrifuges
- Heavy-duty hydraulic pushing system (12 MPa rated oil pressure) for reliable 24/7 operation
- Fully automatic continuous feeding, washing, dewatering and discharging
- Fast dewatering and high throughput for large industrial plants
- Smooth, low-vibration running with long service life
Working Principle
Once the drum reaches full speed, the suspension is continuously delivered through the feed pipe to the distributor and spread over the screen under centrifugal force. The solid phase forms an annular cake on the screen; the first-stage drum then reciprocates and pushes the cake forward stage by stage until it is discharged through the casing chute. The double-stage design doubles the effective screen area per cycle, which is the key to its outstanding throughput.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How much energy can HR1000-N save in MVR salt plants?
Because feeding, dewatering and discharge run continuously at full speed with no peak load, the machine consumes power evenly and typically achieves markedly lower energy per ton of salt than batch-type centrifuges. Actual savings depend on material and process conditions.
Q2: What feed conditions does it require?
It suits medium-particle crystalline or fibrous suspensions with average particle size ≥0.1mm and solid content of 30-70% by volume, which covers most MVR salt, chlor-alkali and FGD by-product streams.
Q3: Can one HR1000-N replace several smaller machines?
Yes. With 50-70 t/h capacity it is usually the single-machine solution for large production lines, simplifying layout, piping and maintenance.
Q4: Is the hydraulic system reliable for continuous duty?
The machine uses a heavy-duty hydraulic pushing system with 12 MPa rated oil pressure and 55-90 kW oil pump motor, designed for continuous industrial operation with routine oil checks only.
Q5: What are the MOQ and lead time for large models?
MOQ is 1 set with 30-60 working days delivery after deposit. We also provide installation guidance and after-sales support for overseas projects.
